What can I expect from the training?

Our training is designed to give you a comprehensive blend of clinical education and real-world application. You’ll gain a clear understanding of holistic dental principles alongside the practical skills needed to integrate them into your existing practice.

Our goal is for you to leave with both the clinical and operational knowledge required to confidently implement what you’ve learned. We provide actionable tools, proven workflows, and team-ready resources so you can return to your practice prepared to take immediate steps toward a more holistic approach.

Do I need to have prior holistic knowledge?

Not at all. Our courses are designed for dentists at every stage whether you’re just beginning to explore holistic dentistry or already have experience and want to go deeper. We create a supportive learning environment that meets you where you are, so you can build confidence, expand your knowledge, and continue growing your skillset regardless of your starting point.

Do your classes offer CE credits?

No, we do not currently provide Continuing Education (CE) credits for our classes. You may need to obtain additional certifications or complete other approved training programs after this course.

Our course is designed primarily to focus on practical implementation, real-world application, and skill development rather than fulfilling continuing education requirements.

Are the courses in person or virtual?

We offer both. We understand that traveling and stepping away from your practice isn’t always practical, so we provide a range of options including in-person trainings across the U.S. as well as flexible online courses so you can learn in a way that fits your schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

Online Courses: All online courses are final and non-refundable. Registration for live virtual training courses may be transferred to a future available course date with at least 14 days’ notice.

Live In-Person Courses: Cancellations received at least 14 days before the scheduled course date are eligible for a 50% refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees. Alternatively, registration may be transferred one time to a future available course date at no additional charge.

Cancellations received less than 14 days before the course date, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. In cases of illness, emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, Holistic Practice Evolution may, at its discretion, allow registration to be transferred to a future course.

Course Changes or Cancellation:
Holistic Practice Evolution reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel a course when necessary. If Holistic Practice Evolution cancels a course and does not offer a suitable replacement date, registrants may choose a full refund of course registration fees or transfer their registration to a future available course.

Holistic Practice Evolution is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, lost wages, or other expenses incurred by attendees in connection with a course, including expenses resulting from cancellation, rescheduling, or other changes. Attendees are encouraged to make refundable or flexible travel arrangements.

Course transfers are subject to availability and must be used within 12 months of the original course date.

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. Please allow [5–10 business days] for processing.
